Here's The Information That Has Kept Me Hair Pulling Free For Over 16 Years...
"Who Else Wants to Overcome Hair Pulling Forever and Save Yourself Years of Wasted
Time, Money And Inner Pain?"
Don’t Just Control Your
Trichotillomania—End it!
End the Pulling. . .
End the Urges. . .
End the Shame. . .
End It For Good. . .
Start Right Now!
I handed the psychiatrist a
check for $150 and walked out to my car. I sat down inside and
instantly felt the urge to pull coming on strong. Rather than reaching
toward my head, I followed his instructions and began to squeeze the
steering wheel. I counted, "One, two, three. . . ,"all the way to 50.
The urge remained. I began again. "1, 2, 3. . ."
"This is dumb," I thought. "I don’t want to do this—it makes no sense
to me."
The voice in my head said, "Why? Don’t you want to find a way to stop
pulling your hair out?"
And shockingly I replied, "No. No, I really don’t."
That was the day I began to heal.
Are you ready for hope
and real healing?
Abby Leora Rohrer
Dear Friend,
Of course, you want to control
your trichotillomania, to stop the feelings of
anger and shame. You want to stop behaving like a deer caught in the
headlights when someone carelessly says, "I was so frustrated
I wanted to pull my hair out!"
But you’ve tried so many things
you don’t know who or what to believe anymore. You just want the inner
battle to stop!
My name is Abby Leora Rohrer and
I’m a former compulsive hair puller. For 27 years, I pulled
from the crown of my head for hours most days, furiously searching for
just the "right" hairs.
Does this sound
familiar?
Reaching up,
sorting through, finding the one with the perfect feel and just the
right texture.
Making the pull.
Hoping for a big white bulb on the end. Examining it. Maybe
chewing the bulb or the hair. Discarding it and on to the
next one. An endless quest.
The frustration,
the shame, the wondering why, the rage, the fear of being found out.
The bald spots,
the hiding, the lost hours, the struggle for control, the piles of hair
on the floor.
The times of remission.
The urge is gone. Suddenly, you just don’t need to pull. Your
life is full and you’re busy and happy. But without
explanation, that furious urge always returns.
Hair pulling
is an isolating experience. Even though I was married and had
a child, I was lonely and depressed. For hours each day I was
in "voluntary solitary confinement" pulling out my hair while my pulse
raised and my adrenaline level soared. Sometimes, I was too
revved to fall asleep before dawn.
Hair
pulling is a "drug".
Believe me, I know your struggle because
it used to bemy struggle
At age 21 I started looking for
my own answers. I spent the next 18 years in various types of
offices. I tried six kinds of psychotherapy, attended human
potential trainings, 12-step groups, four kinds of chiropractic,
acupuncture, homeopathy, Reiki and a bunch of other natural and New Age
stuff. I read self-help by the score—tried everything but medication.
None of it worked.
I was pulling more. I
was less happy than ever before. In the spring of 1994, after
that behavior therapy session, I got totally disgusted with the endless
search.
The answers weren’t
out-there.
I was pissed off! And
fed up with paying people for answers and abilities they just didn’t
have.
Aren’t you?
If you really think about it,
aren’t you just a bit angry about the lack of useful answers available
for permanently ending your hair pulling?
I decided, "There has to be a
way to beat this thing. If the answers aren’t ‘out there’
maybe they’re ‘in here.'
Instead of staying powerless, I
decided to get mad. And determined.
I took back the reins and
began to heal
May 8, 2009 marked the 15th
Anniversary of the last time I pulled a hair from my head. I was 39
years old and had been hair pulling since the age
of 12. I’ve spent these last thirteen years researching, writing and
teaching others how permanent self-healing works.
But since that May, NOT
pulling has been effortless and my life has improved in so
many fantastic ways. These changes came, not simply from
stopping the hair pulling, but because of how
I did it.
No One Except Another Hairpuller Can Tell You
Exactly How To Heal
The "Inner-Hairpuller" Experience
I use a different model for
understanding and ending trichotillomania than healing professionals or
hair pullers. I will show you exactly how to find and remove the core
of your own trichotillomania.
I hate to tell you this,
but years ago when I first shared my experience some hairpullers
actually laughed at me in disbelief.
I can’t blame them because I was
probably pretty cocky. At the time I had been pull-free for
less than six months but I knew I had fully
overcome it. And partly, they were angry because I had stated
my unwavering belief, "hair pullers are capable of healing themselves
fully as long as they make the inner commitment to do so."
This material takes the power for
complete recovery and puts it into your own hands.
But instead of standing up to
those so-called experts (who hadn't successfully stopped their own hair
pulling)
who ridiculed me for the solution I know works, I went off and used my
method to help folks struggling with other compulsions and even
depression. It has never failed when the person made the
sincere commitment to heal!
But, making the
commitment to free yourself can be difficult, wouldn’t you agree?
Emphatically declaring, "I
deserve more than this. I’m not going to live like this anymore!" can
be challenging. It was for me. After all, hair
pulling can appear so tension relieving. You may be so
focused on the relief of tension and the impact to your appearance that
you don’t even notice how it’s eroding your self-esteem.
Praise for Abby
Rohrer’s Self-Healing Instruction Manual:
"Abby Rohrer has
provided a program for people whose lives are disrupted by unhealthy
addictions and their families and loved ones. She offers hope
for full healing; a virtue seldom found in the recovery
community. Her formula begins and ends with taking full
responsibility for our own healing. Ms. Rohrer represents a
new kind of healer, one who has walked in the shoes of the sufferer and
knows both the pitfalls and what helps, first hand. This book
is a "must read" for anyone who is in recovery. . . (her material)
offers a positive and helpful alternative."
Philip Kavanaugh, M.D., author of Magnificent
Addiction
"Abby Rohrer presents a
passionate yet reasoned attempt to lead those plagued by addictive
behavior to the only place where real recovery is possible: inside
themselves. This book is an instruction manual for a journey
within."
Don’t

Because, it was specifically

Your habitual behavior
Your damaged self-esteem
This book is the only

sudden relationship losses & more.
And now it can work for
you too . . .
I
have recently decided to put out this book just for trichotillomania

“Here are some pictures to
show how your book has helped me!”
I've been doing the book
lessons, and really feel it's helping. I'm not always
completely pull-free every day, but when I do pull I use your
suggestion and, amazingly, that's what allows me
to stop after just 2-3 hairs instead of going back for more!
I'm actually allowing myself to feel anger, sadness, etc., whereas
before I would suppress those feelings with hair pulling.
Overall, I'm much happier. I've attached 2
pictures: They're both of my right side, which was pretty
bad-off to begin with but is looking much better after just one month!
--Kelly from Illinois
“It's
been nearly 6 months since I've pulled!”
"Not since I ordered
your book online! I know I'm completely finished hair pulling.
I have no desires still at all. Thank you!
--J.M.J., Maryland
“I have not pulled
a single, solitary hair in 2 months since reading your book!”
"This is huge
because I was to the point where I was pulling every single day for at
least an hour, probably two.
"I'm filled with
gratitude, shock and an odd feeling of peace about it. I feel
like I've been exposed to whole new worlds, and the opportunities go
wayyy beyond just stopping my hair pulling.
I never even thought that stopping was possible! Yipeee!
"Thanks for your
courage to share so much of yourself to help so many others,
Abby! I love getting your emails. . .
--A Reader from Illinois
“Since reading your
info, I have quit hair pulling!”
"I have pulled
all of my life, ever since I can remember. . .but since reading your
materials, I have quit. I pulled one hair. . .unconsciously,
realized what I did, then threw the hair away!
"I just wanted to
let you know that you really struck a chord with me. I am so
very grateful."
--A Reader
from Colorado
“It
sure seemed like a never ending drama that I couldn't stop.”
"But I have to say
that since reading the book I have not been pulling
my hair for over 2 months now. I am very
much pleased to have someone like you to reach out to because I don't
know what else I would have done.
"I want to thank
you again and will keep in touch."
--A Reader
from Ohio
"I'm
now 58 days pull-free (since the day I
bought your book)!"
"Thank
you so much, Abby!
"The
book had much influence on my life. I feel much better with
my self and I'm much more attentive to my needs and
to stress creating situations. It has also helped me to take
control in other areas of my life."

“Your book was
brilliant!"
"My whole attitude changed immediately and I knew
that I had the power to also heal myself. I could finally see a light
at the end of the tunnel. My pain was eased -- I felt I was in control
for the first time in my life.
“I have tried everything to stop hair
pulling, from hypnotherapy to behavior therapy, to
counseling, nothing worked, but your book made me open my eyes for the
first time and see the sense of it all. I never thought I would wake up
and find a miracle, but I have. The answers are in this
book. I am recovering and no longer in pain and
suffering. Your words have made me believe in my power to
heal myself. Abby, you are a Godsend!”
--Nisha Sharma

"I have only pulled
out three or four hairs since June 30."
“I wanted to let you
know what happened to me after I read your book. I believed it
was possible to get freedom at last. Those pages became a
catalyst for shaking off this bondage that has plagued me for 45 years.
"Thank you for having
the courage to write your book and tell people that they can be
healed. I believe it and I already feel like I have the
victory. I mean business with this thing!!!
"Thank you again and
God bless you."

"I
hope that others will be as empowered as I am."
“I took a very big step by ordering your book. I
have never confronted my problem so honestly before. For 27
years I have wrestled, punished and emotionally abused myself. I
thought that I was bad and weird. It was like a weight was lifted off
of my shoulders to read that someone else experienced the same
behaviors. In fact, I was astounded that other people actually felt the
same way. You were almost a mirror image of me; down to the thoughts,
behaviors and reasons associated with the hair pulling.
”Your book helped me look at my behavior in a
different light. I think the most significant thing was the empowerment
it gave me. Thank you for providing a realistic view of
trich.
“I am excited about the prospects of my future, and
intend to keep your book by my bedside as a constant reminder,
reference, and inspiration that I CAN DO IT! Best of luck to
you.”

since I read your book and used your techniques. I had been hair
pulling for seven years. Abby, your story was so
heartfelt and honest -- it was like a mirror image of myself
and my thoughts.
The
big problem is that people who suffer from trichotillomania have been
fed so many untruths.
Here are just a few:
Myth
#1:
Compulsive
hair pulling is a hereditary illness.
It has still not been definitely proven that
trichotillomania is
hereditary.
Myth
#2:
There
is no cure for trichotillomania. The cure I found was outside of
the traditional medical, psychological and social models. To
utilize it, I had to be willing to open up my mind.
Myth
#3:
You don’t have the ability to end your
compulsive hair pulling. The best you can hope for is a way
to control it.
You can learn
how to cure yourself. If you choose to, you can live fully
free of compulsive hair pulling for the rest of
your life.
Myth
#4:
If a solution exists, it
exists outside of you. In fact, it’s just the
opposite. The only permanent solution for healing your trichotillomania
is inside of you.
Myth
#5:
You’re
weird, crazy, sick, abnormal and deviant if you pull out your hair. Maybe it’s the world that is
weird, crazy, sick, abnormal and deviant.
You may have
heard some or all of the above myths. I will show you why
none of them are true and how believing in them will only stop your
ability to heal.
You
need to try something different.
And that’s why I wanted to share
this exciting perspective with you. Wouldn’t you agree that
it’s foolish to think that by doing the same thing over and over again
you’ll get different results? If I keep touching a hot stove and keep
getting burned, I’d be silly to think the next time I touch that hot
stove I won’t get burned. The answers you’ve sought haven’t worked and
have brought you here.

forever.
The
other day I calculated that over the years I spent $89,205 (an average
of $3300 per year) and 4,137 hours in my own quest for freedom from
compulsive hairpulling. I tried a dozen therapists,
six kinds of psychotherapy, behavior therapy, 12-Step groups, support
groups, homeopathy, acupuncture, human potential trainings, personality
assessment programs, five types of chiropractic care, reiki, cranial
sacral, rebirthing, reparenting, meditation, scores of
self-help books and more. Now, You can benefit from my
years of trial and error, my years of research and my years of enormous
expense. And since healing I’ve spent
much of the last 10 years to develop and get this material out to you. This is my passion – I’ve lived and
breathed it nearly every moment since 1994.
Now, you could go to endless
psychotherapy or behavior therapy sessions, try special diets, Hair
Puller's Anonymous programs or try numerous medications and still
you will never tap into the amazing truths that this book provides
about how to stop your trichotillomania for good. And
with or without health insurance, you'll still end up losing more of
your precious time, hope and your hard-earned cash. No
where else will you find these answers!

to stop doing something that gave her bad feelings but your
book explained to me that the guilt and bad feelings merely
fanned the flames. I have changed my approach to let her know
that hairpulling isn't the problem or even a problem; the problem is
lots of other stuff, like the stress of growing up and assuming
responsibility. Now, we focus on dealing with handling those
problems."

In the past I've tried to offer
this information for free, but time and time again, regardless of its power
and high level of effectiveness, most people just
didn’t value it. But, when I did charge, people consistently took it
seriously . . . took it to heart and got really big results!
It's
a strange fact that people
just don’t value what they don't pay for.
We value what we receive through
mutual exchange. So, while this material is priceless (because it gives
YOU the power to heal yourself) I’ve set the price at just half of one
visit to a psychiatrist -- $79.95. Think about it . . . if
you're a 20-year puller, that's an investment of less than $4 a year
toward your freer future!
And for a limited

PPS:
If you’re still need more indication of my sincerity in sharing this
information, here’s a personal story that will show you the reliability
of my own healing experience:
Though
I’ve taken very few vacations during these years, I did fulfill my long
time dream of cruising the Alaskan Inside Passage. Here’s a
picture of me standing on the deck of the Princess on September 9, 2001
(during the fateful week of September 11). I went alone
because my daughter didn’t want to miss her first week of 8th
grade.
While
at sea, the crew and passengers felt completely cut-off from the
world. We knew some of what was happening from CNN (our only
news source), but it was nearly impossible to contact our loved ones to
find out if they were all right. Having moved from the DC
area to Colorado, I have lots of friends and family still
there. And my sister and her family live just outside of DC
in a Virginia suburb so I was pretty worried.
When
we docked in Vancouver on September 15, the planes still weren’t
flying. I was able to get across the border to Seattle but I
was stressed, stranded, and didn’t know when or how I’d get back
home. I spent that night completely alone in an airport hotel
room. Even so, I was never even tempted to pull one
hair!
Wouldn’t
you like to be able to say the same thing?
For
comparison, here's my 9th grade class
picture--you can see hair pulling damage. The rest of
these were taken between 1995 and 1999. Some aren’t
exactly glamour shots (see my gray roots and extra
pounds?) But, what the heck, with my own repaired
self-esteem I can now accept (and showyou)
the real person that I am.
Wouldn’t
you like to feel this relaxed and happy?
To
end your pulling AND accept yourself more fully? To
easily say, "This is me with all my imperfections and my
glory. I forgive my past, accept my present and have faith
and hopefulness for my future!"

cosmetologist. If you are suffering or have been diagnosed
with any condition considered dangerous or life-threatening for
yourself or others, you should be under the care of a doctor or
licensed psychologist. If you are a compulsive hair puller
who ingests quantities of hair, you should be under the care of a
physician before trying any of the suggestions outlined in this book.
The statements and examples on this
website are not intended to represent or guarantee that everyone will
achieve the same results. Any and all claims or
representations made in this letter are to be considered exceptional
results by individuals who actually use the information, not the
average result of anyone who buys the book. This applies especially to
those who buy the book but do not read it, apply it or follow
directions only partly. For example, because someone I know heals
himself within 1 week, does not mean that everyone who follows this
material will get that result. Nor that the average person will. It
means that it's possible. People vary enormously in the rate at which
they learn. Each individual's
success will be determined by his or her desire, dedication, effort and
motivation to follow the material provided. There is no guarantee you
will duplicate the results stated here.
